Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue or use the search box in the main menu, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All credit card details are secured by 128bit SSL encryption for you safety and pease of mind.
Payments
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency at their current exchange rates.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or via our secure server. The processing of payments are done offline so as we can further guard against fraudulent transactions.
We also accept cheques, cash and direct bank transfer - bank details supplied upon request.
Shipping And Handling
All goods are sent out properly packaged and are insured via a national overnight courier. Any damaged goods must be noted on the couriers delivery sheets and notified to us within 24hours and in writing within 3 working days otherwise a claim against the courier can not be made.
Delivery Schedule
All orders confirmed by 2pm will be generally despatched the same day. Orders after this time will be despatched on the next working day. International orders are generally received in under 3-5 days; subject to the shipping method.
Delivery Charges
All charges displayed on this site are generally what we will charge you. We reserve the right to change these at anytime due to the delivery address and/or type of goods ordered. If there is an increase in the charges then we will inform you first, and await acceptance, before completing the order. We will always try to use the most cost effective solution available to us.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All new products come with a minimum 1 year manufactures warranty. Used goods come with a 30 day warranty.
Privacy Policy
Discoparts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties, except for the purpose of fulfilling your order (for example, delivery companies). Temporary browser cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. We may hold Personal Data relating to the transactions You enter into with Us .We may use Personal Data to let You know about products and services that may be of particular interest to You.
Returns Policy
Unwanted items: refunds will be provided when you return unwanted item(s) within 7 working days to us in original, unused condition in original packaging. The refund will only cover the cost of the item and not delivery charges or any charges incurred in returning the item(s) to us.
Faulty or our error: Full refunds will be issued for any faulty item(s) or where the return is as a result of our error. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) together will all delivery and return postal charges.
Special order items: refunds will only be given under certain circumstances and then there will be a 20% restocking charge. All costs for returning the item(s) will be borne by the customer. Please contact us in the first place.
Changes
Discoparts has a policy of continuous change in all areas of our business. Therefore we may make changes to any information, product or service without letting you know in advance.
Errors
We have checked our website thoroughly so that it is as accurate as possible. However, we regret that we will not be held responsible or contractually liable for any mistakes. If you find a mistake, please let us know by emailing us.
